Refund, shipping, and Exchange policy
All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre orders cannot be refunded, if you made an pre order you will receive your product no matter what. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only.
When exchanging an item, it must not be worn. washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.
After an order is placed, please allow our team to process &ship it out within 7-20 business days, does not include weekends.
If you pre ordered an item, please understand that pre orders are all custom-made orders & have a process time of 1-3 weeks.
Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order.
all orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and only take 1-3 business days to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Overseas order may take longer.
Please note, once we ship your package, we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim & locating packages.
If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender you must cove reshipping fees to have the package returned to you.
When using international shipping we suggest selecting DHL worldwide shipping at checkout. Import fees must be covered by customer.
